We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we'll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. Today was the very first time I experienced getting a Brazilian wax. I was very nervous with the ideal of someone being that close and personal with my sensitive area....it was a great experience/choice. I was expecting great pain listening to others experiences, that definitely was not mine. We talked the whole time....I will be returning and more and more services to my list!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!!!

Omg this was my first time getting a Brazilian wax n it was a relief that it was such a pleasant experience with something that could be so awkward. I found the wax lounge googling and decided to try this place and Dominique specifically based off reviews and rating and it was the best choice I could have made! There was no wait, she even greeted me at the door! I was immediately comforted after conversing with her right before and during procedure. It is also very quick & affordable. I most definitely will be going back forever!! :)

I made an appointment with Dominique and OMG she was amazing. I’m not sure how she can make a Brazilian wax virtually pain free, but she did! I tell all my friends in Memphis about her and her services. I definitely recommend her.

a year agoAmazing! I am used to sugaring but moving back here no one does it, so I found the Wax Lounge on Groupon. Dominique is spot on with waxing, quick, and efficient. She is very personable and professional. You also can't beat the price!
